PEACE, STABILITY, JUSTICE, BALANCED DEVELOPMENT, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY...Such are the ideals of the CPDM Party under the leadership of President Paul Biya. It’s no surprise, therefore, to learn of the massive support enjoyed by this party and its Chairman. Business men and women of the North West, and other sons and daughters of the region from different walks of life came together to raise funds to support the CPDM Party in the upcoming Presidential election. Alhadji Baba is very present and always plays a leading role in such occasions. Not only that he was the Chairman of the fundraising committee for the north West region but he once more broke all records by donating the colossal sum of one hundred million francs CFA (100,000,000 francs CFA) about 250,000 US Dollars.
Alhadji Baba is a no-nonsense businessman! He contributed a quarter of the four hundred million francs (400,000,000 francs) about a million US dollars raised during the occasion. All the traditional Chiefs of the Region also powerfully marked their support for the party with the sum of five million francs under the auspices of NOWEFU. The Union of Ardos of the North West Region too donated the sum of five million francs CFA (5,000,000 francs CFA).
Similar fundraisings will be carried out in all the major cities and towns of the country.
